This page is the public account and data-deletion request resource for the Potency No. 710 mobile application (Android package com.potency710.panel) and for the same customer accounts used on www.potency710.com.
You do not need to install the app, open Google Play, or sign in to use this page.
What account this covers
Potency No. 710 customer accounts are WooCommerce / WordPress customer accounts created on the website. The mobile app lets existing website customers sign in with the same email and password. The current app does not create a separate mobile-only account.
Guest checkout without an account does not create a login account. Guest shoppers may still request deletion or minimization of personal information they submitted with an order by using the form below and including the order number if they have it.
How to request deletion
- Submit the form on this page using the email address on the account.
- Include your name so staff can match the request.
- Optionally include an order number or a short note.
- Do not send passwords, card numbers, or CVV.
Submitting this form creates a staff-reviewed request. It does not instantly delete an account. Potency verifies that the requester controls the account email before any destructive deletion.
What we ask in order to verify the request
We use the email associated with the account (and your name) to locate the WordPress / WooCommerce customer record. Staff then confirm the request by contacting that email address. Additional identity documents are not requested through this form.
What is deleted after verification
When a verified request is completed, Potency intends to remove the customer login / profile, including:
- the WordPress user / WooCommerce customer account used to sign in on the website and in the Potency No. 710 app;
- profile fields such as name, account email, and saved billing/shipping addresses on the customer record;
- the ability to sign in to the mobile app with that account (deleting the WordPress user invalidates the app’s customer session token).
What may be retained
Completed orders, payment records, invoices, refunds, subscriptions, and similar transaction records may remain in WooCommerce and with payment/shipping processors because they are operational and may be required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, chargebacks, or other legal compliance.
Those retained records can still contain names, addresses, email, phone, and order contents. Where appropriate and supported by WooCommerce tools, staff may anonymize personal fields on orders without destroying the commercial record. Square and carriers may retain their own copies under their policies.
Retention periods are not published here because a business/legal retention schedule has not been confirmed in the technical systems reviewed for this page. We will not guess a number of days or years.
Expected handling
- The form stores the request for staff and emails Potency support addresses already published on our privacy policy.
- Staff verify the account email, then delete or anonymize the customer profile using WordPress / WooCommerce admin tools.
- There is no public, unauthenticated endpoint that immediately destroys an account.
- Timing depends on staff review and identity verification. We do not promise same-day or instantaneous deletion.
